Getting Started
We’ve designed our onboarding process to feel thoughtful, clear, and low-stress — while providing the information we need to consistently care for your home over time.
1. Start Your Intake
Complete our intake form and schedule your consultation. From there, we’ll begin building your personalized Service Journal — the internal system we use to track preferences, priorities, home details, and ongoing service notes.
2. Consultation & Service Planning
We’ll meet with you to walk through the space, discuss goals, and fine-tune any special requests or areas of focus.
A $50 booking deposit secures your first service and is applied toward your initial visit.
Virtual consultations are also available and include guided photo uploads and a Zoom walkthrough when needed.
3. Your Initial Service Plan
After your consultation, you’ll receive:
A summary of our notes
Your initial service estimate
A proposed service schedule
Recommendations for your first visit and ongoing maintenance
Depending on the condition and size of the home, your Initial Service Phase may take place over one visit or multiple visits as we bring the space to your desired standard.
4. Your First Cleaning
Your first visit establishes the foundation for ongoing service. During this phase, we refine timing, identify household patterns, and continue building your Service Journal to support consistency across future visits.
After the appointment, we’ll update your notes, process payment with the card on file, and document any important adjustments going forward.
5. Calibration & Ongoing Service
Over the next few visits, we will continue refining the service to align with your home’s natural rhythms, priorities, and upkeep needs.
By your third regularly scheduled visit, we typically reach what we call a Stabilization Point — where we have a clear understanding of the timing, level of detail, and maintenance rhythm needed to consistently care for your space.
From there, your Ongoing Service Plan becomes more predictable, efficient, and tailored specifically to your household.
Even our routine maintenance cleanings are performed with care, attention to detail, and ongoing quality tracking. After each visit, our team submits service updates and mini reports to help maintain accurate billing, continuity, and communication within your Service Journal.

A Strong Start
Quality begins with understanding your home.
We start with the information you share through our intake process, followed by an in-home or virtual consultation to assess the space, confirm priorities, and recommend a service plan that fits your household’s needs.
Your first visit is part of our Initial (Reset) Service Phase, where we focus on bringing the home to your desired standard of care. Depending on the condition of the space, this may take place during a single extended visit or across multiple visits.
Throughout this phase, we remain communicative and flexible — refining timing, scope, and priorities as we learn your home's natural rhythm.
Refinement Over Time
After your first visit, we follow up to gather feedback and make any necessary adjustments.
Most homes reach a stable maintenance rhythm within 2–3 visits. By that point, we’re typically able to confirm:
A consistent service schedule
Ongoing timing expectations
The appropriate maintenance level for the space
A more predictable ongoing rate structure
This phased approach allows us to build long-term consistency rather than relying on rushed assumptions during the first visit alone.

We offer multiple levels of service designed to support everything from routine upkeep to more detailed reset and recovery work. Each service plan is tailored to your home, lifestyle, and maintenance goals.

Minimum Service
$137.50 Minimum
Our Minimum Service includes Resource Management and covers:
Up to 2.5 hours with one cleaning professional, or
Up to 2 hours with two cleaning professionals
This service focuses on high-priority maintenance tasks within the allotted timeframe.
Maintenance Cleaning(Scheduled Routine Only)
$50/hour(2.5-hour minimum after Initial Service Phase)
Our Maintenance Cleaning is a highly detailed, ongoing service designed to maintain your home after it has been brought up to standard.
To qualify for Maintenance Cleaning, the home must have been professionally cleaned within the past 7 weeks.
Maintenance Plus Cleaning
+$2.50/hour(may be applied in 15-minute increments or to the full visit)
For homes that require additional attention beyond standard maintenance, Maintenance Plus is ideal for:
Homes with multiple shedding pets
High-traffic households or homes with active children
Additional detail work beyond the standard maintenance scope
If a deeper level of cleaning is requested for an area that Karma Diva has deep-cleaned within the past 12 months, it may qualify as Maintenance Plus on a case-by-case basis.
Deep Cleaning
$55/hour (2.5-hour minimum)
All first-time services begin at our Deep Cleaning rate to ensure we can properly assess and address your home’s needs as part of the Initial Service Phase.
This level of service includes:
Removal of cobwebs from ceilings, fixtures, and walls
Detailed cleaning of surfaces, baseboards, and hard-to-reach areas
Thorough kitchen and bathroom scrubbing
Additional time dedicated to built-up grime and neglected spaces
Deep Cleaning Plus
+$2.50/hour (may be applied in 15-minute increments or to the full visit)
For homes requiring a more intensive level of care, Deep Cleaning Plus includes:
Scrubbing of walls, railings, and baseboards
Heavier detailing of baseboards, bathrooms, and floors
Additional time for deep grime removal and restorative cleaning
Level 1 = $55.00/hr - the same rate as our Deep Cleaning Rate
Level 2 = $57.50/hr- the same rate as our Deep Cleaning Plus Rate
Level 3 = $60.00/hr
For clients needing household tasks beyond standard cleaning, we offer a Tasking List, which must be arranged ahead of time. This includes:
Cleaning tilt-in windows
Making beds
Laundry services
Washing dishes
Other requested household tasks (to be approved and scheduled in advance)
Note: While we strive to be thorough, we reserve the right to decline to clean certain areas due to safety, accessibility, or ethical concerns. This includes, but is not limited to, spaces with active infestations (insects, rodents, or other pests), hazardous conditions (mold, biohazards, or hoarding situations beyond light clutter), and areas that fall outside typical home environments, such as workshops, storage-only garages, or unfinished basements. (For example, we won’t be cleaning spaces like unfinished basements used for storage or hazardous workshops.)
