Fill out our New Client Intake Form to Get Started!

We keep things simple so you can relax while we get everything set up.

  1. Get Started – Fill out our quick intake form and book your in-home consultation. We’ll start your Service Journal right away so we know exactly how to care for your home.

  2. Meet & Plan – We’ll meet in person, fine-tune the details, and confirm any special requests. A $50 deposit secures your spot and is applied toward your first service. Virtual consultations are also available if needed—you’ll be guided through uploading photos and scheduling a Zoom call.

  3. Set It in Motion – You’ll get a follow-up email with our notes, your first-visit estimate, and our proposed schedule for your first cleaning.

  4. Your First Cleaning – We’ll deliver your first service, charge your card on file, and then update your Service Journal so every visit going forward is smooth and consistent.

From then on, you’ll get a quick confirmation email 10 days before each visit. If something needs adjusting, we’ll let you know before it’s locked in.

By your third regularly scheduled visit, we’ll have a clear picture of the time and effort needed to maintain your home under normal, day-to-day conditions. From there, we’ll set up your Ongoing Service Plan to ensure it’s tailored to your specific space and lifestyle.

Even our most basic maintenance cleaning is performed with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. After each visit, our technicians submit a brief mini report to confirm accurate billing and we’ll update your Service Journal with any changes or notes.

Quality Commitment

We take a thoughtful, structured approach to quality—beginning with clear communication and continuing through every stage of your service.

A Strong Start

Quality begins with understanding your home. We start with the details you share through our intake process, followed by a consultation—either in-home or virtual—to assess your space, confirm expectations, and recommend a service plan that fits your household’s needs.

Your first visit is part of the Initial (Reset) Service Phase, during which we focus on bringing your home up to your desired standard of care. This may be completed in a single extended visit or across multiple visits, depending on your space, priorities, and budget.

During this phase, we remain flexible and communicative—checking in as needed to ensure alignment on timing, scope, and expectations.

Refinement Over Time

After your first visit, we follow up to gather feedback and make any necessary adjustments.

Most homes reach a maintenance level within 2–3 visits. By this point, we’re typically able to confirm a consistent schedule, service scope, and ongoing rate.

What You Can Expect

  • Other requested household tasks (to be approved and scheduled in advance)

Note: While we strive to be thorough, we reserve the right to decline cleaning certain areas based on safety, accessibility, or ethical concerns. (For example, we won’t be cleaning spaces like unfinished basements used for storage or hazardous workshops.)

Typical Maintenance Clean by Room Type:

Priority Rotation Schedule – For Maintenance Cleaning

For homes on a Maintenance Cleaning schedule, we offer a Priority Rotation Schedule (PRS) to ensure all areas of your home receive attention over time.

How It Works

Example:

  • Every Visit: Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Shared Living Spaces (our High Priority areas) receive cleaning.

  • Week 1: Bedrooms

  • Week 2: All Rooms on the First Floor + Basement

  • Week 3: Additional Deep Cleaning Focus (e.g., windows, vents, detailed dusting)

  • Week 4: Customized Rotation Based on Your Home’s Needs

This system ensures that your home stays consistently clean while allowing flexibility for more thorough cleaning in different areas over time. If you have specific requests, we’re happy to customize the rotation based on your needs!

We also offer Boutique Commercial Space Cleaning,
