How Getting Started Works
1. Tell Us About Your Home
Complete our initial inquiry form so we can learn about your household, location, scheduling needs, and the type of service you’re looking for.
2. Meet With Us
Once we receive your intake form, you’ll receive an email to schedule an in-home or virtual consultation to discuss your priorities, evaluate the home, and identify any questions or special considerations.
3. Receive Your Personalized Estimate
After our consultation, we’ll prepare recommended service types, estimated timing and pricing ranges, and your first three proposed cleaning dates.
4. Begin Your Reset Phase
Most new recurring clients begin with Deep Cleaning rates during their first visits. This gives us time to address existing buildup, establish a strong baseline, and learn how the home responds to service.
5. Settle Into Your Ongoing Plan
As we complete the Reset Phase, we’ll refine your recommended timing, service level, priorities, and recurring schedule.
Clear, Flexible Pricing
Traditional service rates generally range from $50–$60 per Cleaning Professional labor hour, depending on the service level and type of work needed.
With Traditional Pricing:
Resource Management is calculated separately
Applicable payment-processing fees may apply
Gratuity is always optional
Clients may also choose optional Uplift Pricing, which builds additional Cleaning Professional compensation and Collective Karma™ directly into the service price.
Traditional Pricing remains in place unless you explicitly select an Uplift option.
