Traditional service rates range from $50–$60 per Cleaning Professional labor hour, depending on the service level.
Our optional Uplift Pricing allows you to build Living Wage Support for your Cleaning Professional and Collective Karma for shared benefits, workforce support, and community programs directly into your hourly price.
Most new recurring clients begin with a Deep Cleaning during the Reset Phase. Traditional Pricing remains in place unless you choose an Uplift option.
First-time services begin at the applicable Deep Cleaning rate.

Traditional Pricing
Our base service rates are listed separately from Resource Management and applicable payment-processing fees. Gratuity is optional.
Uplift Pricing
Build direct Living Wage Support and Collective Karma into your hourly price through Foundational, Core, or Extended Uplift. Each level offers increasing support and client benefits.
Customized Uplift
Choose another combination based on what you would most like to support. We’ll prepare a personalized comparison so you can see exactly how it affects your service price.

Most new recurring clients begin with a Deep Cleaning during our Reset Phase. Over the first three visits or 90 days—whichever comes first—we establish a maintenance baseline, refine timing and staffing, and develop your personalized ongoing Service Plan.
The first several visits help us determine:
your ideal maintenance cadence,
timing expectations,
staffing needs,
and long-term service rhythm.
Your Personalized Service Journal
Your Service Journal keeps the important details of your service in one shared place—including household preferences, scheduling information, service priorities, visit notes, estimates, and planning tools.
You can review it anytime and leave comments when something changes. Your Cleaning Professionals and the Karma Diva office use it to stay informed from one visit to the next.
Our Commitment to Clear Expectations
Before service begins, you’ll receive our core service agreements, a personalized estimate, and a plan based on your household’s needs.
Your estimate identifies the recommended service level, projected timing, Traditional Pricing, and any relevant Uplift examples. We never add Uplift participation without your explicit instruction.
To help ensure a smooth, aligned experience, all clients review and sign our core service agreements before service begins.
