Every client receiving service from Karma Diva must review and sign our Core Documents, which include:

New clients starting service must also sign the Initial Service & Onboarding Guide before their first visit.

For those on an Ongoing Recurring Service Plan, we will provide a general service estimate by your third visit, allowing us to tailor your plan to your home’s specific needs.

Many cleaning companies don’t use contracts, we know. — Our experience has shown that clear agreements protect everyone involved and help prevent misunderstandings. We’ve chosen to work with service agreements so expectations are clear, policies are understood, and both clients and our team can rely on a consistent, professional experience.

Cleaning is care work. We step into someone else’s home and care for it with consistency, attention, and respect—always as if it were our own.

When you hire a professional, whether it’s us or someone else, you should expect professional practices—clear agreements, reliable systems, and mutual accountability. Our policies are in place not just to protect our team, but to protect our clients as well. And just like any other profession, we believe those doing the work deserve to be treated with dignity and respect—including consistency in scheduling, fair compensation, and consideration for the realities of their livelihood.

We will ask you to review and sign these documents to set up your preferred Ongoing commitment and payment terms.

Why We Process Payment Before Ongoing Service:

For your first three visits, payment is processed the day after service—this gives us time to fine-tune your Service Plan and ensure your billing accurately reflects the work needed for your home.

Once your Ongoing Service Plan is in place, payment is collected before each scheduled visit.

  • When you confirm a cleaning, you’re reserving dedicated time with a professional team. That time is set aside just for you—we schedule staff, prepare supplies, and often turn away other bookings to honor that commitment.

  • Processing payment in advance keeps our operations running smoothly and ensures our team is paid promptly for the work they’ve prepared to do.

If, for any reason, we’re unable to complete your service, your payment will be credited toward your next visit—part of our commitment to accountability and mutual respect.
