Tasking Support
Tasking Support services are designed to help support the overall function, comfort, and flow of your household alongside your cleaning service.
This may include refrigerator cleaning, laundry & linen changes, pantry or cabinet resets, plant care, move-in/move-out support tasks, and other approved household requests.
Tasking services can often be added onto recurring, deep-cleaning, or move-in/move-out visits with advance discussion and approval. Because these requests may affect scheduling, timing, supplies, and service flow, we ask that all additions be discussed prior to the visit whenever possible.
Levels of Service
Every home has different maintenance needs, buildup patterns, and priorities. Our Levels of Service help outline the difference between ongoing maintenance cleaning, deeper reset work, and additional tasking projects, so expectations remain clear as we build your customized service plan.
Most recurring clients begin with a Deep Cleaning/Reset phase before transitioning to more efficient, ongoing maintenance-focused visits over time.

$50/hr per cleaner + $12.50 Materials Maintenance
Our Maintenance Visits are very thorough, as a general rule, “right down to the toaster trays”.
This rate is applied to cleanings that have received a thorough cleaning within 7 weeks of our last scheduled appointment.
On average, most of our clients are around 4 hours solo or 2 hours with a team of 2. Including Time, Materials Consideration, and Gratuity, this total comes to $266-$286 each visit.
Maintenance Cleaning Minimum $137.50 ($150 with suggested gratuity) includes our $12.50 Maintenance/Materials fee and up to 2.5 hours with 1 tech or up to 1 hour with 2 techs.xt goes here

Our Plus Rate is an additional $2.50/hour that can be added to any service when extra accommodations are needed. A 7% Materials Consideration Charge also applies.
In most cases, Plus Rates apply to the entire visit, but if only part of the appointment is impacted, we may apply it in 15-minute increments.
Plus Rates may apply when:
Service falls outside standard M–F, 9–5 hours
Extra effort is routinely needed
Client requests last-minute changes (less than 7 days’ notice)
Priority is requested on our schedule
A specific tech is requested every time
2+ pets or high activity consistently increase cleaning needs
A tight timeframe is requested that limits scheduling flexibility
Note: If we choose to send 2 techs for efficiency, you will not be charged Plus Rates.
Also applies to:
Changes requested less than 3 days before your appointment
Holiday Weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s)
Difficult travel (downtown driving, limited parking, or long distances)
Plus Rate Discounts:
Seasonal Deep Cleaning: Used instead of full Deep Clean pricing if the last KD Deep Clean was within 6 months.
First-Time Cleaning Follow-Up: If booked within 2 weeks of the initial visit and includes at least 1/3 maintenance-level work.
Let us know if you have questions—we want you to feel confident and informed every step of the way.

First Time Cleanings: Our first visit is billed at our Deep Cleaning Rate, not just for the added elbow grease, but also due to the additional effort of putting your notes together with our team both before and after the first cleaning. We’re collaborating in the background to make sure we are clear on how to provide you with the most consistent service you could ask for and translating this so that we can deliver your preferences each visit. This is what goes into the foundation of our working relationship together.
Property has not seen Professional Maintenance Cleaning within 7 weeks or more.
Property hasn’t seen Professional Deep Cleaning within 6 months or more: We consider this because of our Seasonal Deep Cleaning cutoff.
Our Deep Cleaning Plus Rate is $57.50/hr. This covers additional elbow grease needed in the cases outlined under our Service Plus section.
Be sure to check in with us about any supply needs around these visits.

Kitchens
Kitchen service focuses on maintaining one of the most heavily used areas of the home through surface cleaning, appliance detailing, floor care, buildup management, and overall resetting to help the space stay functional and comfortable between visits.
During Deep Cleaning / Reset visits, we focus more heavily on grease buildup, neglected edges, cabinet detailing, appliance buildup, and areas that are not typically maintained during routine service. Once the kitchen reaches a stable maintenance level, ongoing visits focus more on upkeep than on restoration.
Bathrooms
Bathroom cleaning focuses on sanitation, moisture-prone buildup, fixture detailing, and floor care to help maintain a clean, refreshed, and hygienic environment throughout the home.
Deep Cleaning / Reset visits allow us to address heavier soap scum, buildup, neglected detailing, grout attention, and edge work often needed before transitioning into ongoing maintenance service.
Bedrooms
Bedroom service focuses on creating a calmer, more restful environment through dusting, floor care, tidying, surface maintenance, and general resetting of personal spaces.
During Reset visits, we may spend additional time addressing dust buildup, baseboards, corners, cobwebs, and under-bed accessible areas, as well as detailing that helps establish a cleaner baseline for ongoing maintenance.
High Traffic Areas
High-traffic areas such as living rooms, hallways, entryways, staircases, and shared spaces receive ongoing attention to help the home feel consistently maintained, organized, and welcoming.
Initial Reset visits allow us to address heavier buildup, floor edges, accumulated dust, and detailing needs before transitioning into more sustainable routine upkeep during recurring service.
Windows
Window service focuses on maintaining accessible interior glass, ledges, tracks, frames, and surrounding areas to improve the home's overall brightness, detail, and refreshed appearance.
Deep Cleaning / Reset window service may include more detailed buildup removal, track work, blind detailing, and interior glass restoration, which are not typically required during ongoing maintenance visits.
Custom Care / Plus Rates
Custom Care Rates (“Plus Rates”) may apply when a service requires additional labor, scheduling coordination, or special accommodations beyond standard maintenance expectations.
This may include:
Off-hours or holiday appointments
Dedicated 2-person staffing
Compressed scheduling requests
Staggered overlap scheduling (partial)
Extended travel or logistical complications
Heavier buildup, pet hair, or extra scrubbing/detailing
Example 1: Client requests 2 cleaning professionals, specifically to reduce time spent in the home.
In some cases, we may use staggered overlap scheduling (one cleaner arriving earlier while another joins later) to shorten the visit window while maintaining routing flexibility. Reduced Custom Care Rates may apply in those situations.
Example 2: Client has more than 2 pets that shed.
Whenever possible, these adjustments are communicated clearly and transparently in advance.
Moving from Reset to Maintenance
Most recurring clients begin with Deep Cleaning / Reset visits so we can establish a strong maintenance baseline throughout the home.
The first 2–3 visits help us better understand:
your home’s ongoing maintenance needs,
timing expectations,
staffing recommendations,
and ideal service cadence moving forward.
As the home stabilizes, service typically transitions from heavier reset work to more efficient, maintenance-focused visits.
