Levels of Service & Onboarding Process

Every home has different maintenance needs, buildup patterns, and priorities. Our Levels of Service help outline the difference between ongoing maintenance cleaning, deeper reset work, and additional tasking projects, so expectations remain clear as we build your customized service plan.

Most recurring clients begin with a Deep Cleaning/Reset phase before transitioning to more efficient, ongoing maintenance-focused visits over time.

Kitchens

Kitchen service focuses on maintaining one of the most heavily used areas of the home through surface cleaning, appliance detailing, floor care, buildup management, and overall resetting to help the space stay functional and comfortable between visits.

During Deep Cleaning / Reset visits, we focus more heavily on grease buildup, neglected edges, cabinet detailing, appliance buildup, and areas that are not typically maintained during routine service. Once the kitchen reaches a stable maintenance level, ongoing visits focus more on upkeep than on restoration.

Bathrooms

Bathroom cleaning focuses on sanitation, moisture-prone buildup, fixture detailing, and floor care to help maintain a clean, refreshed, and hygienic environment throughout the home.

Deep Cleaning / Reset visits allow us to address heavier soap scum, buildup, neglected detailing, grout attention, and edge work often needed before transitioning into ongoing maintenance service.

Bedrooms

Bedroom service focuses on creating a calmer, more restful environment through dusting, floor care, tidying, surface maintenance, and general resetting of personal spaces.

During Reset visits, we may spend additional time addressing dust buildup, baseboards, corners, cobwebs, and under-bed accessible areas, as well as detailing that helps establish a cleaner baseline for ongoing maintenance.

High Traffic Areas

High-traffic areas such as living rooms, hallways, entryways, staircases, and shared spaces receive ongoing attention to help the home feel consistently maintained, organized, and welcoming.

Initial Reset visits allow us to address heavier buildup, floor edges, accumulated dust, and detailing needs before transitioning into more sustainable routine upkeep during recurring service.

Windows

Window service focuses on maintaining accessible interior glass, ledges, tracks, frames, and surrounding areas to improve the home's overall brightness, detail, and refreshed appearance.

Deep Cleaning / Reset window service may include more detailed buildup removal, track work, blind detailing, and interior glass restoration, which are not typically required during ongoing maintenance visits.

Custom Care / Plus Rates

Custom Care Rates (“Plus Rates”) may apply when a service requires additional labor, scheduling coordination, or special accommodations beyond standard maintenance expectations.

This may include:

  • Off-hours or holiday appointments

  • Dedicated 2-person staffing

  • Compressed scheduling requests

  • Staggered overlap scheduling (partial)

  • Extended travel or logistical complications

  • Heavier buildup, pet hair, or extra scrubbing/detailing

Example: Client requests 2 cleaning professionals, specifically to reduce time spent in the home.

In some cases, we may use staggered overlap scheduling (one cleaner arriving earlier while another joins later) to shorten the visit window while maintaining routing flexibility. Reduced Custom Care Rates may apply in those situations.

Whenever possible, these adjustments are communicated clearly and transparently in advance.

Moving from Reset to Maintenance

Most recurring clients begin with Deep Cleaning / Reset visits so we can establish a strong maintenance baseline throughout the home.

The first 2–3 visits help us better understand:

  • your home’s ongoing maintenance needs,

  • timing expectations,

  • staffing recommendations,

  • and ideal service cadence moving forward.

As the home stabilizes, service typically transitions from heavier reset work to more efficient, maintenance-focused visits.
