Karma Diva Green Cleaning – Greater Philadelphia Area

Typical Total Earnings: $25–$30+/service hour, including gratuities and applicable premiums

Karma Diva Green Cleaning is looking for an experienced, reliable cleaning professional to join our growing team!

We're a small, values-driven company specializing in thoughtful, environmentally conscious residential cleaning. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and enjoys making a positive difference in clients' lives.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced independent cleaner seeking supplemental income, flexible assignments, and the potential to gradually build a more consistent schedule.

Current Opportunities

Established recurring appointments:

  • Every Friday, 8:00–10:00 AM — Brewerytown, Philadelphia

  • Every third Friday, 11:00 AM–1:00 PM — Meadowbrook, PA

Additional opportunities include:

  • Deep cleaning and first visits for new clients

  • Coverage for scheduled absences and unexpected callouts

  • Additional recurring appointments as our client base grows

We're seeking someone who can reliably cover our Friday appointments while staying open to additional assignments as availability allows. Hours will vary, and additional work is not guaranteed.

Compensation & Support

Typical Total Earnings: $25–$30+/service hour, including gratuities, client-funded support, and applicable premiums.

  • Paid Auditions: $16.50/hour for the first two working days; typically $21.50+/hour with gratuities.

  • Onboarding Base Rates: $17.00/hour for team cleaning and $17.50/hour for solo cleaning; typically $22+/hour with gratuities.

  • Additional Premiums: $1–$4/hour for qualifying services and performance, with eligible premiums combined when applicable.

  • Gratuities & Living Wage Support: We actively encourage client contributions through our gratuity recommendations and Uplift Initiative, helping cleaning professionals typically earn $25–$30+/service hour in total.

  • Travel Support: Additional compensation available for qualifying commutes beyond our standard 30-minute allowance.

Typical earnings reflect current team compensation data, including voluntary client contributions and applicable premiums. Actual earnings vary by assignment and are not guaranteed. Travel compensation is separate.

What We're Looking For

  • Professional residential cleaning experience

  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

  • Willingness to travel throughout our service area

  • Strong attention to detail and respect for clients' homes

  • Dependable communication and scheduling

  • Ability to work independently or alongside other cleaning professionals

  • Commitment to safe, environmentally conscious cleaning practices

  • Smartphone access for scheduling and communication

Independent contractors generally provide their own equipment and supplies and must meet our insurance and onboarding requirements. Karma Diva can help manage supplies during onboarding.
