Lockout Procedure

In the event that our cleaners arrive at the scheduled time and they are unable to get into your home as arranged we will follow the following procedure:

  1. Our cleaner will message our office to see if there may have been any last-minute notes they may have missed regarding entry to your home.

  2. Our cleaner will text you at the number we have on file.

  3. Our cleaner will call you.

  4. Our cleaner will send you an email outlining what time they arrived and what measures they have taken to gain access to your home as agreed.

Our company policy is to wait no longer than 30 minutes from our first contact attempt before moving on with our daily schedule. Once we have reached out we reserve the right to charge our $50 lockout fee.

Cleaning Techs who are locked out:

If you are a cleaning tech and are in a lockout situation, YOU MUST INSERT THE CLIENT’S EMAIL INTO THE CC: SECTION OF THE TEMPLATE BELOW, fill in the blanks, and hopefully, we will get you inside quickly. Thank you for your prompt communication!
